Famous sweet shop selling Ajyari-mochi(sweet rice cake stuffed with sweet red bean paste)which was created by the second owner. Ajyari means a priest of high virtue and the shape of this mochi resembles the conical straw hats worn by them. The lightly toasted Ajyari-mochi gives you a better taste because they are made from sticky rice.
