Fumiya 冨美家
It has been serving Udon noodle for 60 years. Their signature dishes are Nikomi-udon (udon noodles simmered in broth) and Nishin-soba (buckwheat noodle soup with cooked herring on top), which you can enjoy the taste and scent of Dashi (Japanese fish and seeweed broth). Baumkuchen is also their signature sweet and recommended for the souvenirs.

Tofu Tavern Tougaden とうふ処 豆雅傳
They serve exquisite Yuba (bean curd skin) dishes at lunch time at reasonable prices. Their signature dishes are Namayuba don(a bowl of rice topped with soft Yuba), Hiyayakko(chilled bean curd), Atsuage(thick deep-fried bean curd) and Miso soup. Bean curd donuts are recommended for the souvenirs.

You can enjoy Kyoto-style lunch at reasonable prices. Their signature dishes are monthly course menu using seasonal vegetables and snow fish grilled with soybean paste. Snow fish are also sold as souvenirs.
